Support that’s flexible to your needs
There are 3 levels of 1:1 TEDx support available: Signature, Premium, and Premium+.
Each is a 6-month program by default, but we can move more quickly if timing works for both of our calendars.
You can also choose to build your own program using services listed as a la carte. (Select your services and I’ll create a customized package for you!)
What’s included in Signature?
Approximately 18 real-time sessions via Zoom
During these live sessions I guide you through the TEDx process step by step:
How to find and appraise events so you know which ones to spend your energy on
How to craft applications that curators put at the top of their stack
Real-time editing of application materials
Done-with-you writing and editing guidance
Memorization strategies
Performance + delivery coaching
Done-for-you drafting of Your Power Idea, including what TEDx refers to as your “Idea Worth Spreading”
Your Power Idea is the foundation of your TEDx experience.
TED is all about ideas. Their mission is “to discover and spread ideas that spark imagination, embrace possibility and catalyze impact.”
Together, we’ll begin by refining your idea into a concise, clear, and compelling Idea Worth Spreading that can do just that. (Plus, catch the attention of speaker selection committees, too!)
Done-for-you application edits (3 applications)
During these weeks, we won’t meet live. Instead, I’ll make edits and do re-writes, ensuring your responses are clear and persuasive. You can take this time to research events or complete other tasks!
Talk script edits (2 rounds)
During these weeks, we won’t meet live, since each round of edits can take up to 4 hours to complete! Instead, I’ll edit your talk script asynchronously and submit it back to you so you can make any new changes before we meet in real time again. Generally, during this time we’ll alternate one real-time session and one asynchronous editing session.
Sensory Aid Suggestions
Sensory aids can include visual, tactile, audio, or other enhancements to your talk. Some talks benefit from a combination of slides, audio, or other aids. Some talks work best without any aids. I’ll help you navigate those choices so your talk can make its best impact
“Audiobook” Recording
Using my skills and experience as a speaker and actor, I record an “audiobook” version of your talk.
This recording is beneficial to listen to during the memorization process, as well as during the rehearsal process, when it can be incredibly helpful to hear an interpretation of the emphasis, intonation, cadence, and other elements of your talk.

Access to AMPLIFY Curriculum and Live Coaching Calls
AMPLIFY is a curriculum-based group program. As a 1:1 client, you also have full access to the AMPLIFY library of video and other resources, as well as live hot seat coaching, office hours, coworking, accountability, and guest expert calls.
Signature 1:1 is available for $7500 or 6 installments of $1300.
What’s included in Premium?
Everything in Signature, plus:
2 hrs/wk Asynchronous Access to Cathlyn
On your schedule, between our real-time sessions, you’ll share any questions or thoughts, including script drafts or other projects, in a Google Doc I’ll provide to you. Twice each week, I’ll review them and share my comments — up to 60 minutes per day. You’ll also receive an email overview each asynchronous day, so you always know where you stand!
For example, if our weekly live session is on a Tuesday, then I would work through your questions (etc.) and send you updated work on Wednesday and Friday, so you can review anything before our next Tuesday session.
Essentially, this TRIPLES the access you receive in comparison to Signature.
Premium 1:1 is available for $14K or 6 installments of $2400.

You know the value of your time. You want to show up, be excellent, and trust that the details are handled. That’s exactly what Premium+ is designed for.
I created this offer for the leader who wants to do TEDx right — and who understands the value of having a trusted expert handle the strategy, execution, and details along the way.
You’ll be involved where it matters most: your voice, your ideas, your presence on stage. But as for the logistics and the nitty-gritty… You can trust it’s handled. I’ll do the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on running your business and preparing to take the stage.
If you want to land a TEDx Talk but don’t have the bandwidth (or the desire) to manage the entire process yourself, Premium+ gives you the support you need and the results you’re after. All you have to do is show up, speak, and shine.
Premium+ includes everything in Signature and Premium, plus:
Done-for you event research (up to 12 hours)
I personally research events that align with your message and goals—TEDx and beyond—so you’re only applying to the right stages, not just any stage. (Expect ~12 events delivered.)
12 done-for-you TEDx applications
I’ll write and submit up to 12 customized TEDx applications on your behalf, tailored for each event.
Done for you Talk Script Drafting, including basic supportive research
I take everything we’ve uncovered in our sessions and build out the first draft of your talk. From there, you can let me know what changes you’d like to see!
2 ADDITIONAL rounds of done-for-you talk script editing
In Signature and Premium, speakers receive 2 rounds of edits. In Premium+, you receive two more — so you can be certain your talk is the most impactful it can be.
Ongoing event research and application drafting as needed UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED TO SPEAK AT A TEDx EVENT
This is the only offer where support continues until you’re accepted to speak at a TEDx event. If those first 12 applications don’t result in a booking, I’ll keep researching and applying on your behalf until you’ve got that yes.
Premium+ is available for $32K or 6 installments of $5500.
